Job Description
We are seeking a Channel Operations Lead to drive business growth, franchisee satisfaction, and exceptional customer experience across Lahore. The role requires strategic market analysis, operational oversight, and hands-on franchise support.
- Analyze competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Coach underperforming franchisees and enforce adherence to company policies.
- Present market intelligence and channel updates at monthly sales meetings.
- Manage daily Nayasavera stock and NSD inventory; advise on ABS, discounts, tours, YEI, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate annual branding initiatives with brand managers and vendors and provide on‑ground support to maximize sales and operational excellence.
