Job Description
Octopus Digital Network is seeking a full-time, in-person Night Shift Customer Service Representative to start on 01/01/2026. Salary: Rs35,00–Rs60,00/month.
- Answer inbound calls and chats professionally; respond to inquiries; provide product and service information; process orders and complaints.
- Resolve customer issues, coordinate priority cases with other departments, follow up and report case closure to your line manager.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned while maintaining composure under pressure.
Requirements: strong verbal and written skills in Urdu and English, fast and accurate typing, ability to browse and identify locations, and proficiency with computers and basic applications. Night-shift availability required.
