Job Description

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Female) to join our DME Billing Team. The ideal candidate will handle patient and client inquiries professionally while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service standards.

Location: PECHS Block 2

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Department: Customer Support / DME Billing Team

Gender: Female

Pick & Drop: Provided (for female employees)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls professionally
• Respond to patient and client queries regarding DME services
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HIPAA standards
• Provide timely follow-ups and updates to customers

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus)
• Ability to work night shift
• Prior call center or customer support experience preferred
