Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Import Manager to manage end-to-end import operations for FMCG products, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective shipment of goods from international suppliers, with strong involvement in planning and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all import activities including documentation, shipment tracking, and customs clearance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and trade requirements.
• Support demand planning, import planning, and forecasting to ensure stock availability.
• Monitor shipment timelines, analyze data, and resolve delays.
• Control import costs and prepare shipment, planning, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with finance, planning, and warehouse teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in import operations (FMCG preferred).
• Strong knowledge of import documentation, customs procedures, and INCOTERMS.
• Planning, forecasting, and data analytics skills are mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
