Job Description

Join Our Team as an Immigration Manager

Location: NTIS PAK G8/4 Islamabad

Timings: 10:00am-7:00pm

Saturday : Halfday (10:00am -3:00pm)

Job Responsibilities:

 Accurately prepare, review, and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation.

 Communicate with government agencies, embassies, and consulates on behalf of clients to ensure timely processing of cases.

 Provide up-to-date and comprehensive information regarding immigration laws, policy changes, and program eligibility.

 Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to evaluate their qualifications and recommend suitable immigration pathways.

 Maintain strong, professional client relationships through ongoing communication, support, and excellent service.

 Keep internal records updated and organized, ensuring all case files are managed with confidentiality and precision.

Managerial Responsibilities:

 Lead, supervise, and manage the immigration team, ensuring accountability and high performance.

 Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team progress to meet client deadlines and organizational goals.

 Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring to improve efficiency, professional growth, and team skill development.

 Ensure compliance with company policies, immigration regulations, and industry best practices across all team operations.

 Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as case processing times, client satisfaction, and team productivity.

Requirements

 Minimum 1-2 years of experince.

 Strong command of English; proficiency in Urdu is a significant advantage.

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and empathetically.

 Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive cases with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
