Job Description
Nextech Packages is on the lookout for a qualified Head of Gravure Operations to oversee our gravure printing operations based in Sahiwal. This full-time role encompasses planning, supervision, quality assurance, and team development to ensure streamlined production processes.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage daily operations, schedule jobs, monitor machine productivity, and work closely with the Quality Control department to maintain high standards.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a DAE or B.Tech/BSc in Industrial or Printing Technology, with 8-15 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs200,00.00 to Rs225,00.00.
