Job Description
TMG Ventures is looking for a committed and skilled Store Manager to oversee our Miniso retail location in Karachi. In this role, you will manage daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure outstanding customer service.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass staff management, inventory control, recruiting and training a talented retail team, and enforcing company policies to achieve operational excellence. Additionally, you will analyze sales metrics to create effective strategies and uphold high standards of visual merchandising.
