Job Description
Amanah Mall is currently looking for a dedicated Playland Operations and Customer Support Officer to enhance our dynamic team. In this position, you will supervise various playland rides, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols while conducting daily equipment checks. You will warmly greet customers, provide essential information about our attractions and ticketing, and effectively address inquiries or complaints to enrich their overall experience.
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma, have prior experience in customer service or amusement parks, and exhibit excellent communication skills. Applicants must be capable of thriving in energetic environments and be willing to work flexible hours.
