Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is a leading inbound customer service provider, catering to clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. We are currently seeking dedicated candidates with previous inbound CSR experience, particularly those familiar with US or UK campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone.
- Address service-related inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Engage in training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Exhibit flexibility in shift schedules for optimal coverage.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 70,00 per month.
- Annual salary increments and performance bonuses.
