Job Description
Fatima Memorial Hospital in Lahore is actively seeking a qualified Purchase Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a postgraduate degree and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within a reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement of medicines and surgical disposables.
- Assist the Purchase Manager.
- Conduct price checks and manage approvals.
- Liaise between purchasing staff and management.
- Maintain comprehensive purchasing records.
- Collect and evaluate supplier quotations.
- Prepare comparative statements for review.
- Issue purchase orders effectively.
- Supervise the department in the absence of the Manager.
- Review and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
