Job Description
Role and Responsibilities: As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for installing operating systems and software, maintaining computer networks and systems, and upgrading both hardware and software. You will manage the wireless network and conduct online meetings, while also providing training to employees on new programs. Inventory management of hardware and software is essential, along with offering online support over weekends. Additionally, you will be tasked with installing and monitoring CCTV systems and troubleshooting any issues related to Microsoft Office.
Qualification: A degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month
