Job Description
Shahnawaz Pvt Limited is seeking an HR Associate to significantly contribute to our employee engagement and retention initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting job descriptions, assigning employee tasks, managing task reallocations, and developing engagement programs. Additionally, monitoring feedback from exit interviews and establishing key performance indicators for talent retention will be key functions of this role.
Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and possess 3-5 years of HR experience. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work autonomously are critical for this position.
The role offers a starting salary of Rs60,00.00 per month, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
