Job Description
MEB, a reputable firm, is looking for an IT Support Assistant to join our dynamic team and deliver vital technical support throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries and issues.
- Install and maintain PCs, printers, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating system and software issues.
- Assist in hardware repairs and replacements as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Conduct testing of new systems prior to deployment.
