Job Description
Esire is in search of an experienced Technical and Fit Specialist to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving fit and pattern challenges, ensuring accurate corrections, and maintaining follow-up procedures. You will also evaluate garment construction and finishing techniques to ensure our products are both durable and comfortable for wear.
Your key responsibilities will include performing fit evaluations, collaborating with pattern makers, and keeping precise technical packs. Additionally, you will manage quality assurance checkpoints to assure uniformity in sizing and construction across all product lines.
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical design, with a preference for candidates with experience in western wear.
