Job Description
Join our thriving team at ABS International as a Branch Manager in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time role calls for a committed leader available from Monday to Saturday, working from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.
Core Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategies for branch growth and expansion.
- Lead and mentor a team of over 50 professionals in banking and fintech.
- Efficiently manage the branch’s profit and loss statements.
- Ensure adherence to SECP and SBP regulations.
- Develop and implement effective customer retention programs.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in banking or fintech.
- MBA or Finance degree is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of SECP and SBP regulations.
- Proven strategic decision-making abilities.
- Flexible to work evening shifts.
