Job Description
Future Tech, a prominent mobile phone brand expanding its presence in Pakistan, is in search of a dedicated Service Logistics Coordinator. This vital role acts as a liaison among our service centers, collection points, and customers, ensuring a smooth after-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily phone dispatch and deliveries.
- Monitor and track phone deliveries and returns.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding the status of their devices.
- Collaborate with logistics personnel for timely dispatch.
- Record all incoming and outgoing devices accurately.
- Generate and distribute delivery and service status reports.
- Work in partnership with customer service and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or customer service.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
