Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift HR Executive to be a valuable member of our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in recruitment and employee engagement, coupled with a robust understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings and onboarding.
- Maintain HR records and databases with up-to-date information.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1-3 years of HR experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
