Job Description
ABS International is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee full-cycle recruitment during night shifts at our Karachi offices located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Gulstan-e-Johar. This role is vital for driving strategic hiring to foster our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to job offers.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
- Supervise onboarding and employee programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition with ATS expertise.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Availability for night shifts.
