Job Description
Khan Continental Hotel and Restaurant is looking for a skilled Front Desk Officer to become a part of our dedicated team. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding customer service and efficiently manage reservations.
Responsibilities: Welcome guests, facilitate check-in and check-out processes, oversee room reservations, respond to inquiries, and maintain a well-organized front desk environment.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; a degree in hospitality is preferred. Applicants should have 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in MS Office and reservation systems.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00/month
