Job Description
Kiran Foundation seeks a full-time First Grade Teacher to deliver engaging, student-centered instruction in person. Lead morning circle time, implement PBSS rewards, and uphold discipline, hygiene, and student safety. Prepare and submit weekly lesson plans, track academic progress, and maintain student files. Use creative activities and classroom displays to promote reading and library use. Communicate with parents and provide weekly updates every Saturday (MYT). Supervise lunch and playtime, reinforce manners, and organize assemblies, field trips, and backup worksheets. Participate in staff trainings and learning walks to continuously improve practice.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
