Job Description
KLY Media seeks 30 full-time Voice Process Agents for high-volume outbound manual dialing (200–250 calls/day). Candidates must demonstrate exceptional clarity in spoken English, proven outbound calling experience, and availability during U.S. business hours. This is a 100% remote role requiring discipline, accuracy, and strong interpersonal communication.
- Equipment: reliable PC, stable internet connection, professional headset
- Compensation: PKR 45,00 base plus performance-based incentives (typical range PKR 40,00–50,00/month)
