Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and quality control. The role requires leading and coordinating crews, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring compliance with building codes and project specifications.
- Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and report updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, track materials/equipment, and optimize resource allocation to meet timelines and budgets.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations (OSHA) and contract requirements.
Required: bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, minimum 5 years of site management experience, strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, proficiency in reading plans, and a valid driver’s license.
