Job Description
Leads Expert BPO is on the lookout for energetic and self-assured candidates to fill the role of Call Center Verifier. The successful applicants will be tasked with making outbound calls to verify customer details, address inquiries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Salary: Starting at PKR 60,00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm customer information via outbound calls.
- Provide accurate responses tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain thorough records of all customer interactions.
- Upsell products and services when suitable.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
