Timings: 5 PM – 11 PM (Part-Time), 10 PM – 7 AM (Full-Time)

In this position, you will interact with customers via live chat, providing effective solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess strong written English skills and be capable of managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Previous experience in customer support or live chat is preferred.
