Job Description
Join us as a CRM Specialist to manage customer relationships, optimize campaigns, and improve retention. You’ll design segmentation, workflows, and A/B tests, analyze customer data, and collaborate with marketing and sales to drive personalized communications. Required: 2+ years CRM experience, familiarity with platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), strong SQL/Excel skills, data-driven mindset, and excellent communication. Preferred: automation, email deliverability, and campaign reporting. Fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
