Job Description
Link HR Consultants is in search of a dedicated and compassionate nurse to deliver exceptional home nursing services for a patient. This role encompasses both round-the-clock and part-time care within a home environment, focusing on providing the patient with medical and personal support in a dignified and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily nursing care and emotional support.
- Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility needs.
- Support feeding and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Communicate regularly with family about patient care.
- Document all care provided for transparency.
Qualifications: Must possess a Certified Nursing Diploma and have 1-2 years of relevant experience. Dependability and the ability to work independently are essential.
