Job Description
Illumina Technology Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Partner growing across the USA, Canada, India, and Pakistan, seeks a Customer Success Specialist to lead partner-focused skilling events such as Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Bootcamps.
- Plan and execute end-to-end events: demand generation, registration, content coordination, logistics, and onsite operations.
- Support presenters, manage timelines, collect post-event feedback, and drive continuous program improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, FastTrack, and solution architects to increase partner capability and product adoption.
Qualifications: strong communication, organization, project ownership, stakeholder engagement, analytical mindset; familiarity with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft partner channels preferred.
