Job Description
Position: Quality Manager
Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs125,00.00 per month
We are seeking a qualified individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a DAE in Mechanical to join our manufacturing team specializing in sanitary fittings. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Quality Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pre-dispatch Inspection Reports for clients.
- Compile daily Line and Final Inspection Reports.
- Analyze monthly rejection data utilizing various Quality Tools.
- Verify countermeasures for defective products.
- Collaborate with customers on warranty parts analysis.
- Implement 5S and 7QC Tools for ongoing Quality Improvement.
