Job Description
Mars BPO is seeking a proactive Deal Closure Executive to verify leads, present services clearly, and close deals independently. The role requires outbound calling, accurate customer verification, confident product presentation, and collaboration with the team.
- Requirements: strong communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented. Sales or call center experience is a plus; freshers are welcome.
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs60,00/month plus incentives.
- Shift & Location: Night shift 7:00 PM–5:00 AM. Office: 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi. WhatsApp: 0319-5002892.
