Job Description

Mathmakesmart (MMS) is seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, playing a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through diverse platforms, conduct thorough screenings, schedule interviews, create compelling job advertisements, maintain meticulous candidate records, manage job offers, and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1-3 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Preferred: HR certification and familiarity with labor laws.
