Job Summary:
Join Mathmakesmart (MMS) as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students, parents, and tutors, responsible for ensuring clear communication and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Address inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
– Assist with account setup, session scheduling, and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the education sector.
– Strong English communication skills.
