Job Description
Max&Shawn is looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder to drive our growth by acquiring projects and fostering strong client relationships on the Upwork platform. If you are passionate about lead generation and eager to be part of an expanding sales team, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate high-quality leads on Upwork and other platforms.
- Establish connections with potential clients seeking IT and design services.
- Craft tailored proposals to win projects.
- Oversee bidding and submissions while maintaining competitive pricing.
Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation on Upwork or similar platforms.
Location: North Nazimabad, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00/month
