Job Description
Join Mclean Intelligent Workforce as an Inside Sales Manager! In this pivotal role, you will lead, mentor, and inspire our inside sales team while developing strategies to achieve company objectives. Your responsibilities will include monitoring sales performance, optimizing scripts, and analyzing data to drive growth. Collaboration with the marketing team and ensuring effective CRM utilization will also be key aspects of your role.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business and a minimum of 4 years of experience in inside sales, including 2 years in a leadership position. Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills are required.
