Job Description
Metro Web Technologies is on the lookout for a dedicated Human Resources Executive to oversee essential HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. This role will ensure that HR practices are aligned with our business objectives while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Facilitate effective onboarding processes for new employees.
- Assist with payroll and attendance management.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries and grievances.
