Job Description
Millennium Medical Billing is on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Operations Manager specializing in Medical Billing. The ideal candidate will possess over 4 years of experience in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management, and will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team to ensure streamlined daily operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medical billing operations and team performance.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and client guidelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements while monitoring KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of medical billing experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership position.
- Robust understanding of U.S. healthcare billing and effective leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs150,00 – Rs200,00/month
