Job Description

Shift Timings – Mon to Sat 11:30 pm to 8:30 am PST & Sat – 11:30pm to 4:30 am PST (Minimum 22 hours per week commitment is mandatory)

Work Mode – Fully Remote

Job Overview:

We are open to hire Demo Specialist to conduct product/service demos for US clients and convert qualified leads into paying customers.

Compensation:

• USD $500 per successful client conversion (closure)
• If they successfully onboard five (5) clients in a calendar month, they will earn an additional bonus of $1,00 for that month.
• If maintains consistent good performance of onboarding for at least six (6) consecutive months. In that case, their commission rate will increase by $200 per client onboarding from the following month onward.
• Commission is paid after successful client onboarding/payment confirmation
• No fixed salary – earnings are fully performance-based

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live demos via Zoom / Google Meet for international prospects
• Present product/service features clearly and professionally
• Understand client needs and drive demos toward closure
• Handle objections and close deals
• Follow up with demo leads to maximize conversions
• Maintain accurate demo and closure records

Requirements:

• Experience in demos, sales, or client-facing roles
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Strong closing abilities
• Reliable internet connection and a laptop/desktop

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• SaaS / Software / IT services demo experience
• Experience handling US or international clients
• Sales-driven and performance-focused mindset
• Comfortable with commission-based earnings

Important Notes:

• This is not a freelance/on-call role
• Minimum 22 hours per week commitment is mandatory
• Commission is paid per successful client closure only
