Job Description
NCBA&E FLC is currently in search of a highly motivated and experienced Coordination Incharge to lead our dynamic coordination team. This vital position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining a keen attention to detail, all of which are essential for our organization’s success.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the coordination team, manage daily tasks, ensure timely project completions, maintain accurate records, coordinate inter-departmentally, promptly address issues, implement efficient processes, and cultivate a positive team culture.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2-3 years’ experience in coordination or administration, proven leadership capabilities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
