Position Summary: In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key contact for all Sales Operations within your designated area, actively contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve KPIs for your region.
- Implement strategic field sales initiatives.
- Manage distributor relationships and customer operations effectively.
- Execute Channel Category strategies.
- Ensure compliance with quality information and company policies.
- Provide coaching and support to the sales team.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales or Marketing is required, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
