Position Summary: Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a dedicated Team Leader Operations to oversee inbound and outbound processes at our Distribution Center. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Key Responsibilities: Your role will include optimizing staffing levels, coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and implementing Good Warehouse Practices.
Success Factors: Applicants should possess an MBA or a relevant Engineering degree along with 2-3 years of experience in Distribution Operations or Supply Chain. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP “MH Modules” are essential.
