Job Description
At Nexus95, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client engagement and ensuring successful project delivery as our Client Success Manager. Your key responsibilities will include leading client meetings, translating their requirements into actionable briefs, and utilizing CRM analytics to present valuable insights. Additionally, you will oversee CRM customizations, implement automation strategies, and provide mentorship to our dynamic team of developers and designers.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or client success roles, particularly within web development and CRM systems. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
