Job Description

We are seeking a Plant Supply Planner to ensure material availability, maintain production continuity, and uphold inventory accuracy at the plant level.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless material availability, production continuity, and accurate inventory records.
  • Analyze data to forecast demand and future material needs.
  • Drive supply reliability, optimize inventory levels, and support S&OP objectives.
  • Act as the liaison between central planning, procurement, production, and warehouse teams.
• Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or Master’s in Supply Chain Management.
  • 4–6 years’ experience in supply, materials, or production planning within process industries (chemicals, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or similar).
  • Proven experience in plant operations with direct coordination among warehouse, procurement, and production.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; proficient in ERP systems and planning tools.
