Job Description
NISAR SYNTHETIC LIMITED is looking for a qualified individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Human Resources. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of relevant experience and hold a degree in a related field, preferably with a background in manufacturing.
Key qualifications include strong computer skills, solid knowledge of organizational development, and a thorough understanding of labor laws. Candidates should also have hands-on experience in operations, familiarity with onboarding processes, official communications, and recruitment, along with expertise in compensation and benefits.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs80,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month. The role requires in-person attendance.
