We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our expanding team. In this role you will provide administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, personnel file maintenance, and routine HR operations while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and new hire orientation
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR documentation and support benefits administration
• Communicate professionally with staff and maintain discretion with sensitive information

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach to problem solving. Prior HR or administrative experience is preferred.
