Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Hostel (HOD) to oversee daily operations, resident welfare, and staff management in our student accommodation.
Key duties include supervising housekeeping, maintenance, security, meal services, policy development, budgeting, safety compliance, and event coordination.
Qualifications: minimum 3 years in hostel or residential management, strong leadership, communication, budgeting, problem-solving skills, and a student-centered approach.
