Job Description
NKU Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for a proactive and confident Virtual Assistant Projects Lead to manage bidding and client acquisition on Upwork. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exhibit adaptability in client interactions.
Key responsibilities include preparing project proposals, conducting client calls, overseeing research and scheduling tasks, mentoring team members, and ensuring professional communication with clients.
Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, along with a background in administrative roles. Leadership experience with a small team is preferred.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary starting at Rs90,00.00 per month.
