Job Description

We are seeking a disciplined Academic Officer to oversee undergraduate program processes, curriculum review, accreditation support, and academic governance. Required: MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Education from an HEC-recognized university with 4–5 years of academic management or teaching experience. PhD and prior accreditation experience are desirable.

• Coordinate approvals for new UG programs and University Curriculum Review Committee meetings;
• Organize ACM and IHD sessions, prepare policy papers and minutes, and track action items;
• Handle undergraduate academic queries/complaints and ensure implementation of HEC/accreditation guidelines;
• Essential skills: higher education policy, data management, MS Office; desirable: curriculum development and academic administration.
