Job Description

Optimum HR, a leading engineering firm based in Lahore, is looking for a dedicated Technical Proposal Engineer to join our team. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in steel fabrication and possess the ability to develop competitive technical proposals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for fabrication projects.
• Analyze RFQs, drawings, and tender documents.
• Create Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and perform cost estimations.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in fabrication proposals and estimations.
• Familiarity with welding methods and relevant codes (ASME, API).

Location: Ring Road, Near China Scheme, Lahore.
