Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Fundraising Manager to develop and execute donor strategies, cultivate relationships, and diversify revenue streams. The successful candidate will plan campaigns, oversee grants and events, steward major donors, and evaluate fundraising performance to meet organizational goals.
- Lead donor engagement and strategy across individual, foundation, and corporate channels.
- Design and implement campaigns, manage grant submissions, and coordinate events.
- Analyze metrics, optimize fundraising activities, and report on outcomes.
- Required: 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising, strong communication and project management skills, and CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce).
- Passion for the mission, demonstrated donor stewardship, and a proven record of achieving targets.
