Tekboox, a prominent US-based IT company, is actively seeking motivated Fresher Customer Support Representatives to join our team focused on the US Healthcare Market. We welcome recent graduates who possess strong English communication skills and are eager to build a career in healthcare.
Applicants should demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, alongside strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. A positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential. Furthermore, basic computer proficiency and typing skills, along with a willingness to work night shifts, are required.
