Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Media Production, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in managing digital education projects.
- Proven expertise in blended learning content creation and deployment.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup of the digital studio and team operations.
- Plan and implement production workflows for training videos.
- Ensure content aligns with educational objectives.
- Lead internal capacity-building initiatives for staff.
